Our Story
ConnectAid exists because quality mentorship, clarity, and guidance shouldn't depend on which city you grew up in — or who you happen to know.
What Drives Us
ConnectAid's mission is to make outcome-driven career guidance accessible and affordable for every ambitious professional — regardless of their city, college, or background. We run workshops, fellowships, and 1:1 coaching sessions that give people the clarity, tools, and network to build careers they're genuinely proud of.
We envision a world where every professional has a trusted mentor in their corner — someone who gives specific, honest, deeply personal guidance. From AI upskilling to MBA admissions, ConnectAid will be the platform India's workforce turns to for every major career decision they face.
What We Stand For
No generic advice. Every workshop, every session, every piece of feedback is tailored to the real situation in front of us.
We treat every career as a deeply personal journey. Your goals, your constraints, your timeline — we take them seriously.
World-class mentorship shouldn't cost ₹50,000. We keep our pricing honest without ever compromising on quality.
We measure our success by yours. Job offers. ISB admits. Promotions. Salary jumps. That's what we're building toward.
We'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to. Clarity — even uncomfortable clarity — is a form of care.
No one builds a career alone. We're building a community where professionals lift each other up and pay it forward.
Meet the Founder
Tanvi Mittal didn't set out to build a career platform. She set out to find answers to questions no one around her seemed to be asking: What do I actually want from my career? Am I building something meaningful, or just checking boxes?
After graduating and landing a corporate role most people around her envied, Tanvi found herself deeply unfulfilled. She had done everything "right" — the degree, the job, the designation — and yet something felt fundamentally off. She started asking harder questions about purpose, direction, and what a career that truly fit her might look like.
As Tanvi navigated her own career pivot, she noticed a pattern. The people around her — friends, former classmates, colleagues — were all struggling with the same things. Career clarity. Interview confidence. Not knowing how to position themselves. And the help that existed was either too expensive (₹50,000+ programs) or too generic (free YouTube content that felt made for someone else).
She started informal 1:1 conversations. Friends referred friends. Within months, she had informally guided dozens of people through career decisions — from job switches to MBA applications. That informal help had a name now: ConnectAid.
India is home to millions of ambitious professionals who deserve better career infrastructure. Tanvi built ConnectAid to be exactly the kind of mentor she wished she'd had — specific, honest, affordable, and genuinely invested in outcomes.
Today, ConnectAid runs workshops, fellowships, and 1:1 coaching programs across career clarity, AI upskilling, and MBA admissions. Every program is built on a single belief: a great career isn't a matter of luck. It's a matter of the right support, at the right time.
