Refund Policy

1. Overview
At ConnectAid, operated by InfiQurios Private Limited, we strive to provide quality coaching and programs. We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a positive experience. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our platform.
2. Coaching Sessions
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made within this window, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Group Programs and Workshops
For group coaching programs and workshops, full refunds are available if the cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the program start date.
If a cancellation request is received within 3 days of the start date, we may offer a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued after the program has started.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads (e.g., workbooks, recordings)
- Services already rendered
- Payment processing fees (if any)
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Program Cancellations by UsIn the unlikely event that we cancel a session, workshop, or program, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or receive credit for a future offering.
