Tanvi Mittal, Founder of ConnectAid

ConnectAid is a platform inspired by her personal journey of navigating career transitions and workplace challenges.

With 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, and engineering design across top MNCs and Fortune 500 clients, Tanvi understands the critical role of mentorship and upskilling in career growth.

She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University, and a degree in engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU).

A certified yoga and meditation teacher, Tanvi blends strategic thinking with mindfulness to support holistic career transformation.

Her passion lies in democratizing access to high-quality coaching and future skills like AI — so more people can lead empowered, purpose-driven professional lives.
